Introduction

CrewLink is operated by KIRKLABS-LLC. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy explains how we handle your personal data when you use our website and booking services.

Google Calendar Data

When a CrewLink business owner chooses to connect Google Calendar, Google gives CrewLink permission to view and manage events on that user's calendars. CrewLink uses this access only to check availability, create and update booking events, add Google Meet joining information when requested, and cancel events when the related booking is canceled.

We store the OAuth credentials needed to keep the connection active, along with Google event identifiers and meeting links associated with CrewLink bookings. Credentials are stored in our protected database and are not exposed to booking customers. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or allow people to read it except as needed to provide support, secure the service, comply with law, or operate the integration through service providers acting on our behalf.

CrewLink's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Data We Collect

We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you which we have grouped together as follows:

• Identity Data includes first name, last name, and username.
• Contact Data includes email address and telephone numbers.
• Technical Data includes internet protocol (IP) address, your login data, browser type and version.
• Usage Data includes information about how you use our website, products and services.

Retention and Your Choices

We keep account and booking information while an account is active and as reasonably needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and protect against abuse. A business owner can remove CrewLink's Google access at any time from Settings → Integrations → Disconnect Integration. Disconnecting revokes Google access when available and deletes the stored OAuth credentials from CrewLink immediately. Existing events already created in Google Calendar remain in the user's calendar unless the user deletes them there.

You can also remove CrewLink under your Google Account's third-party connections. To request account or personal-data deletion, email support@gocrewlink.com. We will verify the request and delete or de-identify data that we are not required to retain.

SMS and Communications

CrewLink sends optional appointment-related text messages for the service business you book with. Entering your phone number, creating an account, or making a booking does not by itself grant SMS consent. You can book without agreeing to text messages.

We do not sell, share, or transfer mobile information to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not share SMS opt-in data or consent for purposes unrelated to providing the messaging program. We disclose only the information necessary to deliver messages to service providers acting on our behalf, including messaging providers and carriers.

We record your SMS choice with the booking, the time you opted in, and the version of the consent disclosure. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. How We Use Your Data

We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your personal data in the following circumstances:

• To provide the services requested, such as managing bookings and technician assignments.
• To improve our platform and user experience.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered or disclosed.
