Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CrewLink, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using CrewLink services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. CrewLink cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.

Service Usage

CrewLink provides tools for field service management. You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

Third-Party Integrations

If you connect a third-party service such as Google Calendar, you authorize CrewLink to exchange the information needed to provide the integration. Your use of that service remains subject to its own terms and privacy practices. You can disconnect Google Calendar from CrewLink settings at any time.

CrewLink Appointment Updates — SMS Terms

CrewLink is operated by KIRKLABS-LLC. When you separately opt in, CrewLink may send automated appointment requests, confirmations, reminders, and service updates for the service business you book with. Message frequency varies with your appointments. Message and data rates may apply.

SMS consent is optional, separate from acceptance of these terms, and is not a condition of booking or purchase. You can continue to use CrewLink without subscribing to text messages.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. You may receive one confirmation of your opt-out; no further messages will be sent through that messaging program unless you opt back in. Reply HELP for assistance or email support@gocrewlink.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. For information about how we handle your mobile information and SMS consent, see our Privacy Policy.

By using our outreach tools, you represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary consents from your customers to contact them via SMS and email. You are solely responsible for compliance with any applicable laws regarding automated communications.

Modification of Service

CrewLink reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CrewLink be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use the service.
